SAN FRANCISCO, Calif.—July 19, 2018— PipelineRx, a leading medication management
technology company focused on clinical telepharmacy, today announced the addition of Michael
Myers to the board of directors. PipelineRx offers the only scalable technology platform to
optimize pharmacy staff and workflow across care settings, and provides remote
pharmacy services, clinical programs, and advanced medication management.
Mr. Myers brings his experience as an accomplished CEO and product manager across multiple
healthcare companies. Previously, he led the effort to develop strategies for care model changes
as the SVP and GM of Life Sciences at McKesson Provider Technologies, including
personalized medicine, inpatient variability, predictive staffing, inpatient quality monitoring and
throughput. He also led the turnaround of McKesson’s Horizon Clinicals solution from number
seven in the KLAS rankings in 1999 to number one in 2004. Mr. Myers was formerly on the
senior management teams at Access Health and CliniCom, leading operations for both
companies through IPOs and eventual merger transactions. Mr. Myers formerly served as
Chairman of the Board at iMDsoft Corporation, a global leader in clinical information systems.
“I am honored to serve on the board of directors for PipelineRx as the pharmacy profession is
evolving to be a bigger part of the collaborative clinical care team. PipelineRx is helping disrupt
the traditional medication management model, for the betterment of patient care,” said Mr.
Myers. “I look forward to working alongside other members of the board, and joining in their
mission to optimize and transform pharmacy, while improving patient care and experience in the
process.”
“We look forward to the unique mix of leadership, deep technology skills, and company building
experience Mike will bring instantly to PipelineRx,” shared Brian Roberts, CEO of PipelineRx.
“As we explore other clinical settings of pharmacy where efficiencies remain to be realized and
as we follow the patient through discharge and into the home with access to expert pharmacy
care, the collective experience of our management team and Michael’s software skillset will help
us to better serve our customers and ultimately patients along the care continuum.”
