PipelineRx Adds Experienced Marketing Head to Leadership Team
Executive Brings Two Decades of Finance Expertise to Growing Telehealth Company
SAN FRANCISCO, Calif.—October 10, 2016— PipelineRx, a leading medication management services and technology company focused on clinical telepharmacy, today is pleased to announce that it has added Vera Zlidenny to the leadership team to spearhead marketing efforts. Vera will look to further the company’s momentum in driving the value of telepharmacy solutions by improving clinical, fiscal and staff workflows.
Vera has spent the majority of her twenty-year career focused on healthcare. Most notably, she brings 14 years of relationships and experience from McKesson where she specialized in advancing solutions for both acute care and community retail pharmacies. “At a time when ‘more is expected with less budget,’ PipelineRx’s mission continues to be helping each customer support better patient outcomes while lowering overall cost,” says Vera. “Every hospital should be adopting this technology because it raises clinical quality and manages costs. My job is to help hospitals understand and seize this opportunity.”
For nearly eight years, the company has been supporting onsite pharmacy departments by providing clinical and workflow expertise 24/7. Large integrated delivery networks are also recognizing that centralized virtual pharmacy centers allow smarter management of clinical resources across their entire system. By using PipelineRx’s specialized telepharmacy platform and best practices, these facilities can quickly and efficiently create new models to support their objectives, while also improving the quality and efficiency of their own onsite staff.
Vera will also help develop new markets as natural extensions of PipelineRx’s comprehensive pharmacy platform. “Beginning over the next few months, Vera will be leading the efforts to showcase how telepharmacy is enhancing the way care is delivered in the hospital environment,” shared Brian Roberts, CEO of PipelineRx. “In addition to serving over 300 acute care hospitals, PipelineRx is expanding its presence to alternate site facilities, such as long-term care, medical clinics, surgery centers, and outpatient pharmacies, and Vera will be critical to that process.”
