PipelineRx Acquires Quality Pharmacy Management (QPM) Inc. to Bolster Western Presence in Telepharmacy
QPM Management Team, Pharmacist Employees and Customers Join PipelineRx to Continue the Mission of Improving Patient Care and Reducing Hospital Costs
SAN FRANCISCO, Calif.—February 18, 2015— PipelineRx, a leading clinical telepharmacy platform company, today announced the successful acquisition of Quality Pharmacy Management (QPM) Inc. Based in Denver, Colorado, QPM provides remote pharmacy services in six Western states.
With a mission of providing innovative and cost effective remote pharmacy solutions to hospitals and Integrated Delivery Networks (IDNs), QPM strengthens PipelineRx’s existing presence in Colorado, Utah, Oregon, Wyoming, and Alaska by combining evolving technology with high quality pharmacy care. Additionally, PipelineRx adds an impressive team of expert telepharmacists to its platform who support the Company’s mission of improving clinical care of patients while reducing operating costs for hospitals. The management team of QPM will continue their commitment to this goal as they join PipelineRx to help lead the development of industry-leading innovations in technology and clinical processes.
